Dr. Patricia Webbink - Educational
Outreach Initiatives
For over 20 years Dr. Webbink has dedicated considerable time and
energy into conceptualizing, developing, and managing multiple Education Initiatives
that are focused on promoting child enrichment, education enhancement,
and gifted learning. The initiatives have won several awards
including including the Best Instructional Award in
Maryland. Dr. Webbink is widely considered a leader in the
Supplemental Education Services field, through these initiatives and
has helped facilitate thousands of classes to hundreds
of schools, and has helped bring educational enrichment programs to many thousands of children.

Enrichment Centers

The Enrichment Centers (TEC) has
been offering extended learning programs for students in Maryland, Virginia
&
Washington D.C. students since 1994. Students of all ages and abilities benefit from the large, highly qualified staff's
tutoring
and mentoring in after-school and summer classes that TEC has to offer. Founded first as The
Center for the Gifted and Talented, The Enrichment Centers is certified to work with the
No Child Left Behind program in three states, teaching reading and math to at-risk
children. |

The Center for Gifted &
Talented
addresses the unique concerns and issues of gifted children and their
families. These programs are offered after-school and in the summer. A
dynamic curriculum and trained staff tap every student's skills,
talents, and interests in order to motivate, challenge, and fully
engage them in the learning process. Our sessions and activities
encompass science, mathematics, technology, engineering, English, the
arts, world languages, computer applications, and a broad array of
other subjects. |

all ages, subjects & languages to over 100 area schools, with
programs available throughout Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina,

is an initiative to merge young adults' hobbies and passions
with Education -Typically known to the world as Japanese Animation, Anime
(pronounced “ani-may”) originated at the start of the 20th century in
Japan, and has taken
America by storm. The Anime classes are very popular, the students
enjoy the classes and their parents and teachers are very pleased to
have an outlet for children to explore this new artistic realm. |

this program provides them the with the opportunity to explore
